Beautiful! Tickets are quite expensive, but absolutely worth it! Big tanks, beautiful garden! There are lots of places where you can sit, relax and admire tanks with fishes.

Attended the aquarium on our last day of the holiday. Initially we were a little bit concerned at the price, as it was about £67 for the three of us, but decided to go for it. Although once inside, we actually felt that we very much received value for money, the aquarium is beautiful, well maintained and so many fish & reptiles to look at. The animals seemed well cared for & the tanks were immaculately clean. The aquarium took a good 1.5 hours to walk round & then once outside, there is a cafe that serves hot and cold food and has a park with a pirates ship climbing frame, water play fountain feature & numerous inflatable castles, slides etc. Our little girl loved it & we spent a good four hours there in total and was a really nice day out.
My only gripe was that they had beautiful coy carp outside in the children’s area & there was a school class gathered around touching the fish and sticking sticks in the water. I hoped that someone would ask them not to do this, as they were likely hurting the fish. But i only give this feedback constructively & Perhaps this was addressed after we had left.

100% amazing

Went on a couples holiday and decided to take a trip here, wasn't expecting much as used to UK one! It was fabulous! Look is around 3 hours, loads to see, we did the 3d cinema.... Omg, emotional, stunning... Well worth the extra.
The shark tank! Again omg! A few divers in feeding, what an experience to watch. But loads to see.
Now even though we didn't go with the kids they would ha e loved it. Shows/ they can swim with some of the fish/parks/bouncy castle..... I could not recommend this enough.
The only negative!
The food is over priced
1 x water
1 x small coffee
1 x cupcake €12
There are picnic areas around with beautiful surroundings, I would take your own food if an option.
But on the whole I would being my children to the country just for this place!

Was quiet when we visited. Family ticket great value. Lots to see for 7 to 11 year olds who loved it. Food was good too lots of choice.

The aquarium is excellent as far as the quality of the fish on display, cleanlinesses, well presented multilingual information and helpful staff, we enjoyed most of the day with a couple of glaring exceptions. Only one of the restaurants was open, quite overpriced considering the quality of the food. We had meatballs which was accompanied by French fries and what looked like a few vegetables similar to baby food. The meatballs had no flavour even after adding salt and pepper to try to bring out some sort of flavour they were a disaster, with a mushy consistency. We were not impressed having paid almost €25 for the ‘meal’ and two packs of still water and would not recommend eating on site
