Overview

SUP Yoga is recommened for everyone who is able to swim - regardless of previous yoga or SUP experience. It’s a unique way to connect your body and mind in a beautiful setting where you can listen to the rhythm of the waves and the noises of nature.

Doing yoga on the SUP Boards will help you to realise that you are able to find your inner peace and tranquility even when everything is moving around you. An exciting and calming experience at the same time. It will improve your body awareness and develop your balance and coordination.

Yoga on a Paddle Board

This was such fun, I enjoyed it so much. Everyone in the class apart from one person fell into the water. But it is amazing what yoga moves you are able to do whilst balanced in a paddle board. A great, fun way to do yoga. There were all levels in my class, once I got used to balancing on the board, I became more confident in the moves. If you want to try something different on the sea, then this is the thing to try.

Lovely instructor and generally a funny experience. You paddel to a spot and make yoga there in a small group although it is a bit of a challenge, but you don't have to be perfect, the fun is more important and if you like, she takes fotos and videos to remember
