Overview

A walking excursion of about 8 km, simple but at the same time adventurous and full of attractions. Moments of exploration alternate with moments of relaxation, in one of the most spectacular areas of Mallorca. Two caves, a virgin cove, an underground bathroom and all the charm of the Mediterranean scrub.

What To Expect

Cala Romantica

We will go up the coast adjacent to Cala Romantica to start walking along a flat path, with the seagulls flying at our height. The path has several points of descent at sea level, where we will meet the first attractions: the marés stone quarries and a natural cave with wonderful karst formations.
We will then reach Cala Falcó, where, if sea conditions permit, we will take a refreshing dip in the crystalline waters of the east coast of Mallorca. Before reaching Cala Varques, we will stop for a photo of the natural arch, a cave whose ceiling has collapsed creating a bridge directly over the sea. In Cala Varques we will instead enjoy the main attraction of the day: a cave with an underground lake for an incredible dive underground. After having lunch and relaxing on the beach, we will be ready to go back.
